The DSA is proactive
in watching out for dodgy schemes which may break the law and
in particular the Fair Trading Act. |

We will give free
advice to consumers on who our members are and what their rights
are when dealing with Direct Sellers. |

We may choose in
some circumstances to initiate actions against Companies, Organisations
and individuals who we believe are in breach of those acts that
our members comply with. This may range from advising the offending
person(s) of their obligations to lodging formal complaints with
the Commerce
Commission. |
